Shamanic training at the source. At the most powerful shaman rock in the mountains of Austria.
Guarded and protected, it has served as a starting point since the beginning. It grants access to only a few. It opens its gates for crossing over exclusively to the sincere. We find shamanic alignment at this entrusted site in ritual work and devotions.
This shamanic training was a rising on a spiritual catapult. A development, a flinging out.
We are guided through the depths of the animal ancestors, pulled along the need of nature.
Before the sun even sends its heralds across the waking firmament, the feet find their way along the still hot forest floor. The soles of the feet seem to sink deeply into the exhausted soil, the heavy luggage presses the legs into the subsoil as if in search of remaining life between the tree roots. But the earth is covered in dry needles, empty and barren. In the undergrowth, many an animal takes flight, perhaps chased by the greed that is palpable on this mountainside, as on most. The greed that places spruce after spruce close together.
The ascent is slowly illuminated by the rising sun, its rays falling on the dead forest. The already aching legs are crossing spruce trunk after spruce trunk, sometimes stumbling, sometimes sure-footed. Green needles mark the spirituality of the sacred tree, which does not yet seem to know that it has long since gone.
At the edge of this ghetto, the ringing of cowbells can be heard in the distance. Our fast, hot breath reaches the pastureland before our struggling laden bodies. Though busy with itself, the hot breath falters, released haphazardly from our burning lungs. Groaning and moaning, it joins in the lament of the overgrazed meadow. A painful song of freshness, diversity and health.
Dry and emaciated, the liveliest sign is the scattered cow patties on the grass, which is always the same and unpalatable to the cow’s stomach. The foot would like to step into it, perhaps in the exhausting search for energy…
In our souls, space opens up, a foreboding and listening. On the winding path on which we are guided. We know that it is not easy to manage the slope to the shaman’s rock. Erratic paths, detours and insecurities are sometimes its guardians. Heat and water accompany our path.
It grants admittance. Its power passes through our wet and exhausted bodies.
When all the preparations are made and the time has come for the shaman rock to call us to our work, we know our task here.
Shamanic training in the time of change
Anyone who imagines these trainings to be a lovely romantic excursion on a prefabricated path is very much mistaken. Physical, emotional and mental challenges, the discarding of all forms of ego structure, go hand in hand with these. Anyone who shies away from unconditionally following what has been presented to him, even if this means the painful and depriving path, will not experience. Regardless of whether one would like to see oneself as enlightened or as a shaman.
They exist, these places where the vision becomes clear. Without any effort, clarity arises in thoughts, soul and heart space.
Most of us have experienced such connectedness and let ourselves be touched by the breath of the divine, of nature. Searching for unspoiltness, originality, wandering along the desire to fill oneself with strength and energy, to bathe oneself in perfection….
Stop! Wake up!
Expensive footwear glued by children’s hands
„Loosing“ trash
Braggingly counting metres of altitude
Greedily sucking in the last breath of the dying forest
Stealing the last remaining medicinal herbs from overgrazed meadows, pressing out the last painful blossoms from the dying soil.
Photographing cows, then eating soya from murdered Amazon soil as a mockery of local farmers
..is this the “ connectedness to nature“ that is urgently needed in this time of change?
It is SOLD OUT!
In the time of change, shamanic training means ritual giving
We feed into humanity and nature.
Only by spiritual connection is change on earth possible.
The training and ritual work assigned to us in the most sacred place is a giving to nature. This work is in connection with ancestors who are in service to creation. Also it is an association with animal souls and with the spiritual dimensions that feed into the earth.
This has always been the task of people, healers and shamans!
Sacrificially to deliver into the womb, knowing about the vital balance of giving and taking. As an act of self-understanding, this earthly and above all spiritual basic attitude must find renewal in humanity. Remembering the first sources, the offering rituals, which are slaughtered and starved on all continents by demonically destructive selfishness in a frenzy of destruction.
